Subject: Training

Thanks Crawford and others!

It's actually quite interesting, how my body can have something so negative going on in one part of it (my noggin) but the rest of me is doing quite well. I have not had any focal motor seizures (the hand numbing or spasms) while working out since the original one almost 5 years ago. I really believe its like Damon and this group professes: that vigorous physical exercise is a very positive part of the fight.

My broken triathlon workout last night was shorter than hoped (1hr 13 minutes) but I did clock a 6:15 mile running on the track at the club chasing some young horse. That really gave me a boost of confidence.
